Al-Hilal received unwelcome news after confirming the absence of midfielder Nasser Al-Dosari from group training on Thursday due to knee pain, raising concerns about his readiness for the upcoming match against Al-Qadsiah in the Roshn League.
Al-Hilal’s media center clarified that Nasser Al-Dosari is undergoing a treatment and rehabilitation program under the supervision of the medical staff, in an attempt to prepare him before the anticipated match. His participation is expected to be finally decided after assessing his condition in the coming hours.
Italian coach Simone Inzaghi led the team’s main training session, focusing initially on fitness aspects before moving on to technical drills and tactical plans he intends to apply against Al-Qadsiah. The training session witnessed the return of international players who had joined their national team camps during the international break, giving the team a strong boost before the match.
Al-Hilal is preparing to host Al-Qadsiah at Kingdom Arena on Saturday, September 13, at 9:00 PM Cairo and Mecca time, and 10:00 PM Abu Dhabi time, as part of the second round of the Saudi Roshn League.
Al-Hilal enters the match aiming to achieve their second consecutive victory and continue competing for the top of the league table from the beginning, while Al-Qadsiah seeks to snatch a positive result against the title holders.
